2. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order with Vitidrip, you confirm that:
- You are a registered clinic or qualified healthcare professional
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You are legally permitted to purchase and administer the products ordered
- You will use all products in accordance with professional standards, applicable regulations, and manufacturer guidance
We reserve the right to request professional credentials or refuse service at our discretion.
3. Products and Use
All products supplied by Vitidrip are intended for professional use only.
- Products must only be administered by suitably trained and qualified professionals
- Products are supplied for wellness support only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
- Vitidrip accepts no responsibility for misuse, off-label use, or administration by unqualified individuals
4. Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs)
Some products, including sodium chloride, are supplied via a third-party registered pharmacy and authorised prescriber.
- Vitidrip does not act as the prescriber
- All POMs are supplied subject to a valid prescription approval
- Prescribing decisions are made independently by the authorised prescriber
- Availability of POM items is not guaranteed and may be subject to regulatory or clinical approval
5. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be made in full at the time of order
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch
- Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received
6. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship orders to the UK and selected international locations
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery
- Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details are provided
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Injectable, sterile, or temperature-sensitive products cannot be returned once opened
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds will be issued once returned goods have been inspected and approved.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email at vitidrip@outlook.com, including photos where applicable.
9. Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for:
- Correct storage of products upon receipt
- Following temperature, handling, and expiry guidelines
- Ensuring products are used within expiry dates
Vitidrip is not liable for product degradation due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Vitidrip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products supplied
- We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, treatment results, or patient responses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where prohibited by law.
